The State House Inns of Providence, RI are a group of three Bed and Breakfast Hotels all centrally located near the Rhode Island State Capitol Building. The properties include the original State House Inn Bed and Breakfast Hotel, Mowry-Nicholson House Bed and Breakfast, Christopher Dodge House Bed and Breakfast Hotel.

The State House Inn, located just a few blocks from downtown Providence, offers ideal accommodations for yourself, your clients or business guests. We take great pride in the high level of service we provide.

Special business-traveler accommodations include a copy machine, and a room with a desk, refrigerator and fax machine. Among other indulgences, we offer the luxury of a room with a canopy bed and fireplace -- and a hearty assortment of breakfast entrees, fruits and fresh breads served in our breakfast room each morning. Originally built in 1889, The State House Inn was completely renovated in 1990 to blend its historical charm with the ease of modern fixtures and features.

Corporate rates are based on single occupancy and include a delicious, hearty full breakfast served daily in our breakfast room, as well as daily housekeeping services. Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am the following morning.

Guests may request a room with a desk, refrigerator and fax machine.

Guests have use of the nearby Foundry Sports Medicine and Fitness Center; only a five minute walk from the inn.
